Associate Director at Kyndryl, working closely with organizations as they navigate complex technology decisions and large-scale transformation initiatives.In my role, I lead and support migration and transformation programs, along with other strategic technology initiatives, primarily across Canada and the United States, with accountability for outcomes supported by global teams. I am closely involved in shaping, positioning, and securing alignment on large-scale, multi-million-dollar initiatives, guiding opportunities from early advisory discussions through execution.This includes leading solutioning and proposal development, commercial and financial planning, executive-level discussions, and ongoing client engagement, as well as supporting broader technology initiatives under consideration.A core focus of my work is helping organizations translate complex technology challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps across cloud, infrastructure modernization, and AI-enabled capabilities. I operate in a consultative capacity, supporting leadership teams as they evaluate options, make trade-offs, and shape practical approaches aligned with business priorities. I also work closely within partner ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud, enabling broader perspective and informed decision-making.At Accenture:I spent nearly nine years at Accenture, where I led high-impact infrastructure and cloud transformation programs and managed global teams supporting several large clients, including a major Canadian Crown Corporation and a leading Canadian retail organization. My experience there included driving strategic initiatives, managing multi-million-dollar programs, and delivering complex cloud migrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP within large, mission-critical environments.At NCR:Earlier in my career at NCR, I built a strong technical foundation while delivering infrastructure and application initiatives for major enterprise clients, including Canada’s largest financial institutions. During this time, I was also involved in fraud detection initiatives, supporting secure and resilient platforms within highly regulated settings.Across my career, I have consistently operated at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, partnering with organizations to move initiatives from concept to commitment with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
