The Universal Cheerleaders Association serves athletes across the country with the goal of providing educational training for cheerleaders and incorporate high-level skills. As a staff member, I have the opportunity to travel during the summer to cheerleading camps where we teach a variety of material. I also work with teams one on one to help them master new skills and to gain confidence.During the school year, UCA Instructors travel around the country to different competitions as well as to judge cheer tryouts at different schools. These opportunities allow me to engage with different types of people while building leadership and organizational skills.
