With a background in Systems Engineering, I bring a unique perspective on system optimization, project management, and process improvement that focuses on understanding and leveraging system interdependencies in tandem with the strengths of individual contributors. As an employee, I value accuracy and precision in the data used to make strategic decisions, and take strides to ensure my work reflects that. As an individual, I value camaraderie, honesty, and continuous learning, and I try to prioritize communicating genuinely and thoughtfully with my peers. I have a demonstrated history of working with system requirements and operation logic, and in my current role, I work closely with AHRI and UL standards as well as regulatory compliance in HVAC application. I am most technically skilled in IBM Rational DOORS and Monday.com with additional experience in VersionOne, Python, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Data Analysis tools. I have worked regularly with fan curve graphs, technical specifications for aerospace manufacturing components, and test plan and report technical writing. I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science focused in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Music from Oklahoma State University. In December of \'24, I completed my Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management (MSETM) also at OSU, and I hope to implement my undergrad and graduate coursework in meaningful and tangible ways in all aspects of my professional and scholastic careers. Some of the graduate coursework I’ve found most engaging has included-Strategic Decision Analysis -Technical Project Management-Individual and Organizational Behavior-Performance Measurement Systems-Business Ethics ManagementIn addition to my graduate coursework, I have had an introductory Six-Sigma training, am a Certified Scrum Master, and have received a 3-Day System Architecture training with Safran as well as Leadership Academy training with Climate Control Group. I have a sincere enjoyment of collaborative work –especially interdisciplinary collaboration— and consider myself a highly task-completion oriented employee. Meaningful work matters to me, and I find I’m more engaged when I’m enthusiastic about the mission of the group and those I work towards it with.
