Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reports(monthly P&L and sales reports)· Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report, according to the Company TransferPrice policy· Manage the annual budget and forecasts, giving support to the relevant company departments· Analyze variances against the budget (or forecasts) and report significant issues to the head of controlling/management· Supervise the cash projection and related deviances· Oversee Government Price reporting activities granting accuracy following company standards· Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting as requested, focusing on the digitalization of the company· Facilitate the relation and processes with Finance headquarter and cross-functional departments· Oversee the accounting operations for North America regions in terms of controlling, transaction-processing, and compliance with group policies and procedures · Identify risks in any areas of oversight and suggest ways to improve overall efficiency and spending· Identify and implement opportunities for process streamlining and problem-solving
