Alicia is the President of Appraisals & Valuations at Prestige Estate Services and one of only 108 appraisers nationwide who are certified to perform personal property appraisals by the International Society of Alicia is an IRS qualified appraiser and conducts appraisals for estate purposes, divorce, death, FMV and insurance purposes. Over the past 13 years she has grown Prestige Estate Services into multiple branch locations including Naples, Fort Myers, Vail, Denver, Boulder, Houston, Dallas, Richmond, VA, Des Moines, and Minneapolis. Our team also conducts multiple projects remotely in many additional cities across the country. Alicia\'s client base includes professional athletes, politicians, celebrities and various serious collectors.
