Alicia Wagoner - otherwise known as SWAGoner -(that\'s me referring to myself in the third person) is a Human Resources professional with a background in the tech/entertainment industry. Ok, back to first person. Wherever my career takes me, it\'s important to me that I be able to contribute to a company with an honorable mission, promoting a meaningful product/service, in a way that brings value to its customers, while also valuing its own greatest asset: the people they employ. Graduating in 2016 with honors and equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, I\'ve somehow fallen into the world of Human Resources. and I\'m not mad about it! I\'ll keep it real: People can be difficult sometimes (self included)! Ultimately, I\'ll always seek to be an authentic and empathetic person when working with people. But I also thoroughly enjoy the strategic side of HR that aims to promote the business\'s welfare as well, and I think - more often than not - those are complementary priorities.
