I’m an accounting and operations professional with a background shaped by both large-scale corporate environments and hands-on entrepreneurship.I began my career at Deloitte, where I built a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and working within fast-paced, high-expectation teams. That experience sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my ability to manage complex information, and reinforced how strong financial processes support effective decision-making across an organization.Today, I bring that foundation into my role at Black Phoenix, a lean organization where collaboration and accountability are essential. As part of a small, core team, I was closely involved in our acquisition of PACCAR Winch, contributing to key aspects of the process and supporting the firm through a complex and high-impact transition. The experience strengthened my ability to operate in environments where precision, discretion, and adaptability are critical, and where each team member’s contribution carries significant weight. I continue to work closely with the BPG team and value collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to connect financial insights to real operational outcomes.Alongside my corporate experience, I am also the founder and owner of Made by Alicia Marie, a consumer goods brand I launched in 2021 and officially formed as an LLC in 2024. Building and operating my own business has given me end-to-end exposure to pricing strategy, cost management, vendor sourcing, inventory planning, marketing, and customer experience. It has reinforced the importance of ownership, adaptability, and thoughtful financial planning—particularly in resource-conscious environments.Across every role I’ve held, a common thread has been my interest in understanding how the details connect to the bigger picture. I’m motivated by opportunities where I can apply financial insight to real-world decisions, contribute meaningfully within small, high-trust teams, and continue growing through experience.
