About Alicia Speed

With over a decade of recruiting experience, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of people in our community, aligning talent and passion with purpose. I am a proud community member of Loveland, Ohio, where I live with my husband and two daughters in a historic property on the Little Miami River. Along with kayaking, I\'m also an avid runner and take advantage of the Buckeye Trail, a former rail line stretching from Cincinnati to Cleveland. When not in Loveland, my family and I spend time restoring a 100-year-old vacation home near the Indiana Dunes National Park, just minutes away from the shores of Lake Michigan. Driven by a belief in purposeful living, I am grateful to contribute to greater inclusion and cultural strategy, ultimately enabling us to lead meaningful lives beyond ourselves.
