I am a recent graduate from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, where I received a Bachelor\'s of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. My academic and professional experiences have honed my skills in teamwork, organization, interpersonal communication, and Excel. I am passionate about continuous learning, making a positive impact, and promoting sustainability through my extracurricular activities.Last summer, I interned as an Audit and Assurance Intern at Deloitte in Richmond. This role expanded my knowledge and skills in auditing, especially in testing controls. I attended the Deloitte University conference, which offered invaluable networking, team-building, and professional development opportunities. During my internship, I worked with clients in the Building Materials and Energy and Utilities sectors, gaining a deeper understanding of the audit process.Now, as a full-time Audit & Assurance assistant at Deloitte, I am currently pursuing my CPA certification to further advance my expertise. Overall, my professional experiences and academic background have equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting, analytical, and essential soft skills.
