As a passionate advocate for educational equity, women\'s empowerment, and community-driven change, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young women and students across Summit County and beyond. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Limitless Ambition, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering girls and young women through leadership development programs, scholarships, and community support initiatives. We have empowered over women and girls in Northeast Ohio. Through Limitless Ambition, I lead efforts to break down barriers, increase access to opportunity, and foster the next generation of women leaders. In addition, I serve as a key leader at Summit Education Initiative (SEI), where I oversee a range of cradle-to-career initiatives, including driving systems-level improvements in early childhood education, K-12 readiness, and college and career success. I collaborate closely with schools, community partners, and local stakeholders to build a collaborative, data-driven approach to educational equity in Summit County. With over a decade of experience in women\'s leadership development, I leverage my expertise through Elevate EQ as a speaker, gender equity trainer, and consultant for girls\' leadership programs.    As the Founder and Executive Director of Limitless Ambition, I lead a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through Teen Enrichment Programs, Donating Care Packages to Girls in Foster Care and Awarding Scholarships. We have empowered over women and girls in Northeast Ohio, breaking down barriers and increasing access to opportunities for underserved populations.
