My mission is to live authentically and brave, rooted in love and gratitude, and empower others to do the same. I am a leader, disruptor, creative, coach/mentor, a catalyst everywhere I go. Or, creating bike ramps out of boards & wagons so I could try cool bike tricks - that one nearly killed me. Since leaving corporate retail, I\'ve been focused on working with small businesses, tending & building gardens, and being outside as much as possible. Nature is my gym, and the garden is my therapist. Nature shows us how, it always has, we just have to pay attention, & do more of what nature does. Let\'s grow together!
