About Alicia Greenidge
I\'m a peacebuilding and countering violent extremism (CVE) specialist dedicated to transforming conflicts, supporting governments and communities in strengthening their resilience, and building inclusive institutions. Throughout my career, I’ve managed donor-funded programs focused on some of global development’s most intractable problems - from improving the capacity of local government in Afghanistan to reducing the allure of violent extremist organizations in West and East Africa. I thrive on developing innovative, sustainable solutions to challenges to peace and security and that contribute to a more equitable world where everyone can reach their full potential.Presently, I serve as a technical specialist and program manager at Creative Associates International where my expertise has contributed to successful programs in the governance, political transitions, and stabilization sectors, as well as the establishment of a CVE line of business. I am always looking to build my network and connect with others working to advance sustainable peace.
