I\'m Alicia Echagarruga, and I\'m on an exciting journey fueled by my passions: strategic planning, healthcare and empowering others. With 6+ years of experience in the healthcare & tech industry, I\'ve come to love its fast pace, complex and ever-changing nature. I am combine these passions and leverage data-driven insights to develop strategies and compelling narratives that empower teams and drive measurable results. My main driver is my desire for team collaboration in project execution, leading others through organized planning to help them and organizations reach their full potential. That is why I am currently pursing a Project Management certification.Outside of work, I love getting involved in the community and learning about new things. This passion means I am consistently seeking to learn, which has led me to always have a book in hand when I\'m not teaching pottery or helping at the community gardens. I feel privileged that I have had the chance to combine my passions for helping other and technology in my roles at Trusted Health and Boulder Medical Center.    HMA is a third party administrator (TPA) which provides cost-effective, flexible, and customized solutions that harness the power of data to help meet the specific needs of every company they serve through self-funded plans. Serve as the primary HMA contact for assigned partners and am accountable for their understanding of product requirements and processes, and delivery of performance standards.Conduct educational sessions about assigned partners and their roles for internal teams, clients, and brokers as the subject matter expert (SME) on assigned vendor-partners and their products including design, contract terms, and operational details. Develop reporting and analytics to support careful tracking of product operations and partner performance.Regularly track business metrics related to product operations and to partner performance and compliance with contractual terms, prepare and conduct business reviews. Address potential operational areas of concern before they become significant problems, and work cross-functionally to define, size, and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Own issue escalations related to your products and partners.Contribute toward the delivery of excellence as standard. Work with partners, key stakeholders, and management to assess vendor performance, analyze issues, and propose process and experience improvements in areas including customer reporting, invoicing, documentation, and communications.
