I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their highest potential, both professionally and personally. Currently, I serve as the Coach Training Manager at Headspace, where I lead a dynamic team supporting coaches through their onboarding and ongoing development. My journey at Headspace (formerly Ginger) began as a Behavioral Health Coach and Training Specialist, and now, I’m fortunate to guide and mentor coaches every day.In addition to my work at Headspace, I am a Faculty Member at The CaPP Institute, where I teach ICF Core Competencies in coaching labs, evaluate coaching submissions, and mentor aspiring coaches.As the owner of Getting Off the Porch, LLC, I help clients unlock their authentic selves, discover their true passions, and live with courage and purpose. I am also a bestselling author, speaker, and an ICF-PCC credentialed coach and NBC-HWC (National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach). My work is driven by a deep commitment to seeing clients create and thrive in lives they never imagined possible.Earlier in my career, I held roles such as Career Advisor at Florida International University, MAPS Coach at Keller Williams, and Director of Program Implementation at Thanks Again. Each experience has shaped my ability to support individuals and teams in creating meaningful, lasting change.

   In my role as Manager, Coach Training at Headspace, I lead and motivate a team of training specialists to deliver exceptional onboarding and ongoing training for the coaching team. I manage projects to enhance the new hire experience and work cross-functionally with coaching leadership, product, engineering, and IT teams to improve communication and identify gaps in processes. My role involves continuously refining training programs to ensure they align with Headspace’s mission and support the growth of our coaching team.
