Over the course of my time at Residential Estates I have been responsible for the day-to-day contact for over 500 clients along with answering any enquiries over telephone, Residential Estates website, Home Away, Airbnb, Booking.com, Suitehub, SilverDoor, Situ, Innclusive, TripAdvisor, ICAB and many more. Learned new skills and techniques on how to use a booking calendar for short term stays on Supercontrol.Became computer literate in Supercontrol and worked in fast paced environment.Working with the Short Term Let\'s Managers, Business Development Executive and Marketing Team.Keeping diaries and arranging appointments for the owners, guests and staff members.Letter writing to the owners regarding their properties.Dealing with telephone and email enquiriesConducting viewings with potential long term guests, along with dealing with landlords personally.Creating a welcome information folder for all of the apartments for future guests.Updating Duve, Supercontrol and other platforms used on a daily basis.Ordering furniture to be placed in the properties.Dealing with security deposits for the apartments due from guests.Dealing with the maintenance team within Residential Estates and creating work orders. The business manages over 53 Short Term Accommodation within Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Anglesey, Cumbria and many more locations. Residential Estates have been providing short term accommodation to guests and corporate companies for over 10 years.I have also joined the AST residential lettings along my Short Term Let Role, this has allowed me to keep expanding my knowledge for both departments.
