At Universal Destination and Experiences, I’m focused on building HR capabilities, developing managers, and introducing more strategic, collective approaches to talent planning. Over the past year and a half, I’ve created and curated learning content, designed action plans to close organizational gaps, and supported leaders in thinking differently about how they grow their teams.I’m proud to lead engaged teams, but this work is a journey, progress over perfection.
