I provide top notch customer technical support to our Toast restaurant/retail customers. I am experienced in using multiple communication channels including voice and email but primarily I use chat. I was part of a pilot program focused on providing end to end support for almost all campaigns including Payments, Devices/Hardware, Networking and integrations. During this pilot reduced my chat transfer rate by several percentage points and was able to maintain a CSAT rating over 4.5.
