Significant deals have related to small molecule therapeutics, such as nucleosides for treating viral infections, as well as large molecule and cell based biologics, including allogeneic and autologous cell therapies, monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, T cell engagers, protein degraders, CAR T cell therapies, CRISPR-related therapeutics, and vaccines (eg mRNA-based and peptide-based vaccines), just to name a few. I also have significant experience in complex contested proceedings, including IPRs PGRs, and interferences, as well as trade secrets and patent litigation (including ANDA litigation) involving patents in a variety of fields, such as pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and mechanical devices.
