Operations Manager – Responsible for putting efficient workflows in place to maximize company productivity and performance.· Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company\'s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.· Oversee all departments, ensuring each line of business reaches goals set by departmental and company leadership.· Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets, revenue and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.· Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance.· Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.· Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.· Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, marketing, accounting, technology, finance, payroll, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.Client Relations Manager - Responsible for managing the business operations required by our clients utilizing a Vendor Management System (VMS) to help manage their external workforce.· Build relationships with points of contact for all clients running business operations via a VMS.· Create plans to address clients’ business needs by hind sighting missed opportunities and generating candidate pipelines for future opportunities.· Assist sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.· Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, recruiters, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
