Current Role:I am currently the HR Manager for Advanced Respiratory Care Network and PulseAir Heart and Lung Center. In this role, I oversees all human resource functions, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of employees while fostering a positive workplace culture. My strategic leadership and keen understanding of HR dynamics have been pivotal in the organizations\' success and employee satisfaction.Previous Experience:Before my current position, I served as an Employment Development Coordinator with Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society, a non-profit organization, Norquest College and Lifemark Vocational Services. In this capacity, I managed two critical pre-employment programs: Journey to Success and Transitions to Success. These programs were designed to assist participants in finding full-time employment with various companies. My dedication and effective coordination significantly improved the employment outcomes for many participants, contributing to their personal and professional growth.My diverse career also includes entrepreneurial success. I was the ambitious owner of Mane Envy Salon Inc. and Luscious Total Body Experience Spa and Salon. I was solely responsible for marketing, training her staff, managing, and promoting her businesses. My hands-on approach and business acumen led these ventures to thrive, showcasing her versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.My educational portfolio is as diverse as my career. With a passion for biology, she pursued studies in this field alongside qualifications in Human Resources and Marketing. This unique combination of disciplines has equipped me with a holistic understanding of both the scientific and business aspects of my roles, enabling me to excel in various professional settings.My determination and passion are key factors in my success. I am an active member of The Caribbean Voice, a non-profit organization advocating for justice in her home country, Guyana. Her commitment to philanthropy is evident through her support for domestic abuse survivors, pregnant women, and children in need. I prides herself on being a woman of multiple hats, continually serving as a positive role model in her hometown.My achievements extend beyond her professional and entrepreneurial endeavors. She holds several prestigious titles, including Miss Multimedia 2019, Miss Northern Alberta 2020, Miss Infinity 2020 - the face of Global Change, and Ms. Northern Canada Tourism. These titles recognize her influence and dedication to promoting global change and tourism in her region.
