ABOUT ALICIA MORITZ

After spending two decades in live television production, I now bring the creativity, collaboration and attention-to-detail I learned in the control room to my career in real estate. I\'m an excellent listener whose mission is to match my clients with a home that\'s right for them. I grew up in New Jersey, and I know the Garden State well. I was selling homes in Northern New Jersey and had a well-honed sense of the real estate market there. I have recently moved to the Charlotte area in North Carolina and I am excited about learning the area as intimately. I\'m very outgoing and love talking with other real estate professionals about properties and market trends. As I did when I was in television, I continue to build my large network of \"go-to\" professionals who give sage advice and let me bounce new ideas off them. Buying a home is a big financial investment and can involve some very personal choices and decisions. I know how to create a relaxed atmosphere for my clients and set them at ease. I also know that when someone is looking for a new home, it’s important that they have a real estate agent who understands what their needs are and communicates with them honestly.
