As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I work closely with industry-leading organizations in the life sciences sector to identify and recruit top consulting talent on an international scale. Key responsibilities include: Proactively sourcing and attracting skilled consultants in various fields of life sciences, including CQV, CSV, QA/QC, regulatory affairs, project management, process engineering. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to contractual agreements and onboarding. Building and nurturing relationships with professionals across global markets, ensuring continuous alignment with the needs of both clients and candidates. Providing tailored advice and market insights to candidates, particularly within GxP-regulated environments and challenging compliance landscapes.
