   As producer, I work directly with clients to identify deliverables, develop content strategy, timeline & budget, give sales presentations, submit proposals, write, and negotiate contracts. I oversee 20-30 simultaneous productions and post-production workflows distributed across 20 active clients, culminating in an average of 70-80 finished videos per year. I build and maintain quality and efficiency while adhering to objectives, achieve financial objectives by preparing and adhering to budgets, forecasting, monitoring costs, analyzing variances, invoicing, or otherwise arranging production financing. I assign and manage tasks for production and post production employees and contractors, write and manage casting calls for talent, voice, musicians and other contractors as needed. I obtain rights to scripts, music and existing video footage. I review all final media for quality control to ensure final draft meets objectives. I develop marketing plans and provide information on deployment strategy for finished products. I work in partnership with public relations professionals to deliver packaged services.As Admin Director, I build and execute a business development strategy that aligns with financial goals, create and present executive reports on business development and status updates. I improve program and service quality by evaluating systems and implementing procedures, recruit and orient new employees and contractors, manage payroll and benefits tracking and communication. I Implement and update company website, video channels and social media, maintain industry knowledge through workshops, publications, industry networking.
