Led engaging interview with EPA’s first Administrator resulting in a major publication which won the most prestigious award in the Inspector General community. Exceptionally skilled at eliciting valuable information through semi-structured interviews with EPA program staff, officials and key stakeholders. Built and maintained cooperative working relationships with high ranking federal government officials and key stakeholder organizations. Mentored and managed junior program evaluators.
