As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), support technical teams in the management and oversight of cost, schedule, risks, resources, and scope of DOD-funded (Air Force, Army, Navy) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts. Collaborate with the technical project leaders to help ensure success of the project from a technical, cost, and schedule standpoint. Functions and duties include:• Generating project cost reports and conducting analysis of problems and trends• Developing and maintaining project schedules (primarily through MS Project)• Identifying and managing project risks• Tracking and ensuring on-time delivery of project contract deliverables, as outlined in the Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) and in accordance with the Data Item Description (DID)• Tracking project resources and assisting in resource conflict resolution• Working with the technical project leaders (engineers, scientist, etc.) to provide project oversight• Managing six projects simultaneously, each ranging from 18 to 30 months and to $2M
