   I currently lead the Salesforce delivery for the Largest Tribal Healthcare Organization serving rural communities across the Yukon–Kuskokwim Delta in Alaska, managing cross-functional teams of engineers and community leaders.Directed the transition from Service Cloud to Health Cloud, redesigning case management workflows to improve coordination between Hospital Case Management and the YKHC Travel Team. Modernized document automation by transitioning Conga-generated documents to Salesforce OmniStudio Document Generation, reducing technical debt and leveraging native Health Cloud platform capabilities. Implemented Intelligent Document Reader (IDR) to automate incoming case intake and streamline document processing for healthcare teams.Led development of integrations and workflows supporting Medicaid outreach, case coordination, and operational processes across Anchorage and Bethel healthcare facilities.Oversee Agile delivery, UAT coordination, release validation, and stakeholder training, traveling quarterly to Alaska to support adoption and hands-on system enablement.
