Through my experience with Big-D, I was immersed in real-world jobsite environments, trained in the Zero-In Superintendent Program, and developed a sharp eye for quality control, operational excellence, and the details that make or break a project. I’ve learned how to lead with integrity, communicate clearly across teams, and hold high standards of safety, precision, and accountability. I bring to the table not just technical skills, but a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a genuine passion for building things that last.
