I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), educator, and consultant passionate about advancing mental health, equity, and well-being across human service systems. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed care, organizational change, and empowering both individuals and teams to thrive. I provide coaching, reflective supervision, and workshops to leaders and staff in education, child protection, and corrections.
