With over eight years of experience in the financial sector, I have honed a diverse set of skills and expertise. My career has equipped me with proficiency in various accounting software, including Xero, QuickBooks, Dext, Tax Calc, Accountancy Manager, and BrightPay. Throughout my professional journey in financial services, I have consistently sought to expand my skill set and knowledge. I am currently pursuing the Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification through GARP with exam sessions scheduled for November 2024 and May 2025. My dedication to continuous learning reflects my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments. I am a diligent professional who thrives in independent work settings. Since March 2020, I have successfully managed remote work and, since October 2021, have operated as a freelancer. These experiences have sharpened my time management and organisational skills, enabling me to effectively handle multiple clients simultaneously.Some personal bits about me: I am the president of Iomart, BNI 2024 along with the events co-ordinator. I’m a member of WIN Crossfit. Lastly, I am a member of the Lanarkshire Netball Girls team for the 2024 season.
