The Workers’ Comp and Leave Coordinator helps to execute the administration and coordination of team member benefits, leave of absence programs, Workers’ Comp, and Disability Programs for all of PSI. Provides care, and support, and serves as a point of contact for all team members for resolution of benefit issues and Leave and WC information. Partners with HR colleagues as needed to support difficult cases concerning the ADA and LD restrictions guidelines. Ensures all leave programs maintain compliance with applicable Company policies, insurance contracts, HIPPA laws, Federal and State laws, Department of Labor regulations, and ADA and OSHA regulations.
