Alicia Goroski is a Vice President - Senior Innovation & Solutions Strategist with the Optum Serve Strategy & Innovation Group (SIG). Optum Serve is a health care company first, tailoring our extensive expertise to help federal partners reach their goal of bettering health for those they serve. The Strategy & Innovation Group is a trusted and valued advisor advancing leading-edge innovation and strategic execution resulting in sustainable growth and optimized performance within Optum Serve. As a part of the SIG Innovation Team, Alicia leads alliance building, sustainability, and enrichment as well as community engagement around whole health. Prior to this position, Alicia was a Vice President in the Learning and Diffusion Group at The Lewin Group. She worked on business development and growth as well as directing Lewin\'s work on the CMS Technical Assistance Quality Improvement & Learning (TAQIL) Contract which aims to develop the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Treatment Choices Kidney Transplant Learning Collaborative (KTLC) by providing support and technical assistance to KTLC Quality Improvement (QI) Teams and the Leadership Coordinating Council (LCC). In 2021 she directed the Vaccine Outreach Implementing Community Engagement (VOICE) contract with the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center to address vaccine hesitancy in Tarrant County, Texas. Previously she directed the learning system contract for CMS’ Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement Model, Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Initiative, and Lewin’s work on the Quality Improvement Network National Coordinating Center. Ms. Goroski received her Master’s degree in Public Health from Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in 1997. Dedicated to improving the delivery of health care services, she has worked in public health and quality improvement for more than 20 years.
