ABOUT ALICIA FOWLER
I am the founder and owner of MOD Accounting & Tax and founder of Rayo Teams. I am inspired by entrepreneurship, where creativity, growth, and intention intersect … moving big ideas and great people forward.My home is on Treaty 6. I’m originally from Saskatchewan and now make my home in Edmonton where I’m raising my daughters and rooting my family.I have 20 years of experience in the accounting industry; I completed my Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan, my BBA at Thompson Rivers University (through the study abroad program in Tianjin, China) and hold a CPA, CA designation. I am a collaborator and a team builder. My leadership approach is grounded in discipline, instinct, and community. I am in constant pursuit of simplicity and joy.I love helping values-aligned leaders creatively solve problems with the help of brilliant people, simple solutions, and practical tools.When not building teams, running a business, or crunching numbers, I am camping with my family and English Mastiff, planning far-away adventures, and Latin dancing!
