Full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to: internet job boards, creative sourcing, social media, internal resume database, network events, & direct sourcing - Responsible for candidate screening, behavioral evaluation/interviewing, interview preparation, offer management, rate/salary negotiations, background & necessary screenings, reference checking, and any additional documentations for on boarding- Identifies and manages candidates throughout the entire hiring processes, from initial identification through offer acceptance-Builds and maintains network of pipeline candidates through ATS -Conducts qualification calls with the hiring manager to gather information and analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates in order to find perfect match.
