As the E-Commerce Manager for Leica Camera France, I lead both the strategic and operational development of the French online store. My role is to drive revenue growth and deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience, while aligning with Leica’s global strategy and brand values-Definition and execution of the French e-commerce strategy to maximize sales and profitability-Daily management of operations: order flow, stock allocation, returns, and continuous optimization of performance indicators such as conversion rate, product availability, and customer satisfaction — with a strong focus on personalization and premium customer care-Analysis of site performance and customer behavior to identify business opportunities or resolve pain points-UX optimization through data-driven insights (traffic analysis, conversion funnel, customer journey)-KPI tracking and reporting to leadership, enabling agile and informed decision-making-Close collaboration with Digital Marketing & CRM teams to drive traffic, retention, and online sales-Implementation of new omnichannel levers (Multi-Warehouse, Speak to an Expert, Leica Classic) and ongoing exploration of growth opportunities-Liaison with Global E-Commerce teams to localize global strategies and share best practicesThis position combines digital innovation, commercial performance, and luxury retail excellence — within one of the most iconic and inspiring brands in the world.
