This is the role where I feel both empowered and empowering.I\'m in charge of two annual reports at BC Housing: the Climate Change Accountability Report and the Annual Sustainability and Resilience Report. I feel empowered when I can find meaning behind the numbers, collaborate with our internal stakeholders, and create something meaningful for us.I\'m also supporting sustainability capacity building within BC Housing, from the employee-driven Sustainability Council to employee training development and the rollout of our green fleet strategy, among other initiatives. I cherish the opportunity to empower others in this green journey.
