About Alicia Boler Davis
I’ve been leading high-performing teams through complex environments at global companies for nearly 30 years. My motivating passion is to build meaningful businesses by focusing on people - both customers and team members. In 2025, I returned to the auto industry and lead Ford Pro where we support commercial, government and rental customers with vehicles, software and service to improve uptime and productivity. In 2022, I joined Alto Pharmacy as CEO to help scale a company that’s transforming health care by making the pharmacy experience better for everyone. Alto Pharmacy was acquired in May 2025 by Fuze Health.Before Alto, I was with Amazon for three years, where I served on the senior team, leading global customer fulfillment, which also included customer service, sustainability, real estate and construction, and robotics and technology. I started my career as an engineering intern at General Motors and rose up the ranks over 25 years, having the opportunity to lead several areas of the business, from global manufacturing to customer experience, as well as business units like OnStar.I have a BS in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, an MS in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from Indiana University. Among other awards and accolades, in 2018, I was named one of The Most Powerful Female Engineers by Business Insider, Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group, and in 2020 and 2021 I was named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women.
