I am a member of the Committee for Monitoring Working Conditions and Psychosocial Risks, reporting to the Labor Relations and Group HR Directors.* Developed and implemented a strategic work plan to enhance technical competencies (digitalization, international trade, project management) and align them with the compensation system. Collaborated with Talent Specialists to support international growth and ensure competitive remuneration.* Led a labor relations strategy for effective conflict resolution, supporting managers with legal and disciplinary issues. Established a KPI-based tracking system to minimize risks and structured progress charts for each case.* Ensured 100% compliance with union regulations by organizing professional elections, successfully electing over 40 representatives.* Promoted a culture of humanity, respect, excellence, and commitment, improving employee satisfaction through quarterly meetings, internal communications, and the digitalization of HR processes like offboarding and administrative management.
