A dynamic and passionate leader committed to the transformational power of education with twenty - five years of executive experience in diverse settings as Executive Vice Chancellor, President/CEO, Vice-President, Dean, Executive Director, Director, Coach, Instructor, Counselor, and Consultant. Elected to the Board and appointed to the Executive Board for the American Association of Community Colleges. The originator of the Seventh Learning College Principle: “Create and Nurture Organizational Cultures - That Are Open and Responsive To Change and Learning” (2003).
