My responsibilities revolve around aligning business requirements and process designs to ensure the integration of OTC with the other process towers (Forecast to Stock (FTS), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Finance (FPR)), in the Foundry business, and with the rest of Intel Products. I work closely with our SAP S/4 and planning system implementation teams to drive decision making and ensure a seamless, end-to-end solution. Key to my success includes deft interpersonal skills, a persuasive data-driven negotiation, and unflagging persistence.• Identify and address gaps between OTC processes and Intel’s end-to-end capability roadmap, delivering comprehensive design solutions while managing potential process disconnects. • Develop and communicate design decisions, aligning business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders to support a cohesive end-to-end solution. • Provide governance by supporting the creation of guidelines and guardrails, ensuring that design solutions adhered to project objectives and roadmaps, focusing on developing data driven metrics• Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and performance improvements within the Order to Cash framework.
