As Honey’s first marketing hire, Alice played a critical role in building the company alongside its founders, developing and implementing go-to-market growth strategies, and building and leading the creative team. Under her guidance, Honey’s marketing helped drive the company\'s growth and ultimately led to its $4 billion exit to PayPal in 2020. Post PayPal, Alice founded Donut Digital with former Honey colleagues Arielle Jessel and Brian Kim (previously VP, Acquisition @ Dollar Shave Club) — with the goal of creating the agency that they wished existed as operators.Donut Digital is a performance creative + media shop that provides an all-in-one growth solution for some of the coolest brands.
