I am a fully registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience in the wider health sector across Wellington and Auckland, including roles in public health, workplace wellbeing, and organisational development, alongside my current clinical practice as a Psychologist.I provide evidence-based assessment and therapy for young people (10+), adults, and their whānau. I specialise in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, and complex psychosocial challenges.
