Hi there! I\'m on a quest to talk and write about complex software in an understandable, interesting manner. My current role at ManageEngine (a division of Zoho Corp) helps me achieve that, one document at a time.I specialize in product User Education, wherein my talented team and I draft a variety of product \'Help\' material like user manuals, KBs, UI content, video scripts, API documents, reference guides, blogs, webpages, and whatnot.(If you want to chat about what else our technical content team works on, DM. I firmly believe that proper user education and the right strategies in marketing can help bring a great product into the spotlight. Professionally, I\'m looking to improve my skillsets to eventually help me evolve into a better leader, writer, and marketer. If you have some advice on this, I\'m all ears!Being a bookworm and hoarder of ANY sort of book is my full-time personality, I fancy poetry as well. Singing, photography, baking, writing, and mentoring kids (at Sunday School) are some of my favorite things to do; these add a lot of joy and meaning to my life.
