I love working with Boards and Governance staff, helping them deliver. getting the best out of Boards and governance staff helps the organisation achieve the best for their customers. I work on Governance Reviews, assist with appraisals and succession planing, deliver Webinars and training for Boards and for Governance staff. Making governance accessible for new employees is something I particularly enjoy.
