Supporting long-term value creation within the Strategy & Investor Relations unit.Main responsibilities:• assisting in the development and implementation of ESG strategies at Group level and analyzing performance along the value chain, including support in the B Corp re-certification process• ensuring full compliance with upcoming CSRD requirements, overseeing related project streams (e.g, double materiality analysis, EU Taxonomy application) and working effectively with other business units• coordinating the data collection and content editing of the Group’s Annual Report according to current and upcoming sustainability reporting standards (GRI, ESRS) and supporting related third-party audit activities• preparing decks and reporting documents on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders (e.g, C-suite and BoD, financial and investor community, ranking and rating agencies)
