ABOUT ALICE NANNINI

Graduated with honors (110/110 cum laude) in the master’s degree in Psychology for Organizations, specializing in Human Resources, Marketing, and Communication at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. During my academic journey, I developed a strong interest in people and business, two worlds that I consider closely connected and fundamental to corporate growth and development. I am currently working in the HR department of a company in the fashion and luxury sector, with a particular focus on retail. My role is cross-functional and includes activities such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, People Management, and coordination with administration and payroll. My psychological background has provided me with a broad perspective on organizational and relational dynamics. I have developed a strong belief that the growth of a business depends on the growth of the people within it. For this reason, my mission is to create work environments where people are motivated and can express their full potential, thus contributing to the organization’s success.
