Lead fundraising strategy and execution, increasing revenue from to $1.6 million annually through a mix of grants, individual giving, sponsorships, and events- Manage and support a high-performing Resource Development team, including a Development Associate and Grant & Communications Manager- Oversee all grant applications and reporting processes, including local, state, and federal government opportunities- Partner with the CEO and board members to cultivate major donors and enhance stewardship across donor portfolios- Provide strategic support to the Resource Development Committee and lead board engagement efforts around fundraising and community outreach- Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with community organizations, event sponsors, and local businesses to increase visibility and investment in BGCB’s mission- Create and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan and weighted pipeline aligned with organizational goals- Launched and now lead a signature fundraising event that has become a community mainstay, in addition to managing a second key annual event- Support volunteer engagement and CRM implementation (MyClubHub), strengthening donor data accuracy and stewardship systems- Co-lead marketing and visibility efforts in collaboration with program and leadership teams
