ABOUT ALICE GEDAMU
Hi, I\'m Alice. I have been working as a systemic coach since 2020 and help people to actively shape their working environment in line with their values, ideas and goals. My own personal path is not linear: I worked in the recycling industry for many years, founded two social start-ups and campaigned for the rights of LGBTQ families on stage and on the street. Today I live in Berlin with my wife and daughter. Now more than ever, it\'s time to rethink how we live, organize, and work. The systems we move in are often tied to the same systems of oppression we see in the world — but our choices hold the power to spark positive change.
