   Partner with management to handle performance counseling, attendance counseling, policy violation and conduct related cases, including disciplinary recommendations. • Provide guidance and direction to managers on employment issues and related laws including, but not limited to, disability, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, etc; • Partner and consult with other internal areas (e.g, Employment Law, Accommodations Unit, Integrated Disability Management Unit, etc,) to review, assess, and recommend action on employee absence situations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company practice; • Support management at employee meetings as needed, including performance, attendance and conduct terminations; •Conduct HR investigations, including, but not limited to, unfair management practices, favoritism, bullying, hostile work environment, etc.• Provide direction, and/or guidance to employees and managers to help facilitate and/or resolve human resources issues (e.g, departmental/management/employee conflicts, etc.); • Consult with management and employees regarding work environment and climate concerns; • Proactively identify and analyze data to identify ER trends and patterns that will assist the HR and leadership teams in creating a unique and compelling culture.• Develop action plans and recommend interventions to effectively address issues. Conduct focus groups, climate assessment, etc, in support of the action plan.• Counsel employees to help them enhance their performance and manage their careers; act as employee advocate to ensure a fair and professional work environment.
