   In this role, I function as a project manager for the Communications side of the Communications and Public Policy department. One major project, managed under the supervision of the Vice President, Communications, is the renovation of the ACGME Newsroom, both in its visual appearance, structure, and internal tagging architecture to ensure it is easy for media to access necessary information. I also managed the migration of a set of resources and tools for the ACGME\'s major audience to a new platform, which required coordinating with multiple departments, surveying users for input on organization and design, and developing a communications plan to let our audiences know that materials have moved, why they moved, and how the move serves the audiences better. In addition, I restructured and reorganized the ACGME\'s Physician Well-Being section to better represent our overall work in this area, which is highly visible to media and the public. I also serve as the ACGME\'s in-house graphic designer and brand manager. I create visual materials for the website, presentations, and other publications, ensuring brand standards are met, and also review materials from other departments and external vendors to ensure brand compliance. I recently created the sub-branding for the \"ACGME Equity Matters(TM)\" initiative run by the Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I continue to edit website content and technical documents; assist with creating and implementing communications plans; and ensuring the website is up-to-date and engaging to audiences.
