ABOUT ALICE C. BRENNAN

4X Public and Private Board Director with 20 years advising C-Suites and corporate boardrooms at heavily-regulated, high tech companies ranging from telecom to pharma/biotech. My approach on strategic transactions and pivotal business transactions is with the mindset of an academically trained lawyer (JD 1981) with a MA in microbiology (1976). I have significant business experience in the financial/investment, CPG/retail, energy, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and agriculture industries.
